
SELBOURNE WEBB
Selbourne is a security and safety expert who is currently a Director of E-FAST. He is a retired Warrant Officer Class 2 of the Jamaica Defence Force where he gave exemplary service for 27 years and 9 months. While at the JDF he was awarded the following medals:
- Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal
- Medal of Honour for Long Service and Good Conduct
- First Bar to the Medal of Honour for Long Service and Good Conduct
Selbourne graduated from the Academy of Health Science Fort Sam Houston Texas as a Combat Medical Specialist. He is a trained First Aid Instructor for several entities including, Emergency Care and Safety Institute (ECSI) and St. John Ambulance where he served as Director of Training (2014-2016)
He is also a trained First Aid Instructor Trainer and Programmes Manager. He is a certified International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) Instructor (Advanced). Selbourne also gained diplomas and certifications from other universities including: Diploma in Supplies Management from the Management Institute for National Development (MIND), Certificate in Mass Communication from the Northern Caribbean University (NCU), Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC). He has also received specialized training in a number of areas including: Assessor NCTVET (level 4), Recognition and Treatment of Diving Illnesses (US NAVY) and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE) Awareness from the US Dept. of State. Selbourne is a member of ASIS International and is board certified as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Protection Professional (PSP) and a Professional Certified Investigator (PCI).
He is an ardent Seventh Day Adventist Christian whose philosophy is “With Christ all things are possible.” He is married to Vanessa and they have two adult children, Adam and Kayla. He serves as a Justice of the Peace for the parish of St. Ann.

DELROY RICHARDS
Delroy Richards served as a member of the Jamaica Defense Force for over 26 years, during which time he held several appointments and was promoted through the ranks to that of Warrant Officer Class 2. His last appointment before retiring in March 2015 was that of Company Sergeant Major for the Medical Company. While at the JDF he was awarded the following medals:
- Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal
- Medal of Honour for Long Service and Good Conduct
- First Bar to the Medal of Honour for Long Service and Good Conduct
He holds diplomas in Medical and Physiotherapy specialist courses from the Academy of Health Sciences Fort San Antonio Texas and a Certificate in Essentials of Occupational Health and Safety from the University of the West Indies (UWI).
Delroy Richards also received training as a combat life saver specialist in the US Army. He is a first aid instructor and instructor trainer with several entities to include St. John Ambulance and Emergency Care and Safety Institute (ECSI). He is an advanced instructor in International Trauma Life Support (ITLS). Delroy Richards was the Deputy Director of Training and Logistics at St .John Ambulance 2015-2016.
Delroy is married with three children and is a Deacon of The Church of the First Born Jamaica.
