Selbourne Webb served as a member of the Jamaica Defence Force for 28 years before retiring in December 2014. His last position held was Warrant Officer in charge of training at the Medical Company. He holds a Diploma in Medical and Pharmacy Specialist from The Academy of Health Science, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. He is a trained First Aid Instructor for several entities including St. John Ambulance and Emergency Care and Safety Institute (ECSI). He is also a trained First Aid Instructor Trainer and Programmes Manager. Whilst serving in the military, Mr Webb received training in the US ARMY as a combat medical specialist and in the US NAVY in the recognition and treatment of diving illnesses. He is a certified International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) Instructor –Advanced. He is also a trained NCTVET Assessor (level 4), and was the Director of Training / National Trainer at St. John Ambulance Jamaica from 2015-2016.
Delroy Richards served as a member of the Jamaica Defense Force for over 26 years, during which time he held several appointments and was promoted through the ranks to that of Warrant Officer in charge of the Medical Company before retiring in March 2015. He holds diplomas in Medical and Physiotherapy specialist courses from the Academy of Health Sciences San Antonio Texas. Delroy Richards also received training as a combat life saver specialist in the US Army. He is a first aid instructor and instructor trainer with several entities to include St. John Ambulance and Emergency Care and Safety Institute (ECSI). He is an advance instructor in International Trauma Life Support (ITLS). He is also a recipient of a certificate in occupation Health and Safety at the UWI Mona. Delroy Richards was the Deputy Director of Training and Logistics at St .John Ambulance 2015 -2016.
