E-fast was formed on November 9, 2015 by Selbourne Webb and Delroy Richards Selbourne Webb and Delroy Richards as co-directors have brought to the company over 40 years of experience and expertise in prehospital training including first aid. Both directors are retired Warrant Officers Class Two (WO2) of the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) and at some point was in charge of training at the Medical Company. E-fast is registered with Companies Office of Jamaica (7627/2015) and is also a training center for Emergency Care & Safety Institute (ECSI) of the USA. The company is registered with the National Resuscitation Council of Jamaica(NRC) reg #201601 The company is monitored by Dr. Mohammed Basir who acts in the capacity as Medical Director. Mission Statement To empower all citizens to preserve lives by accessing quality pre-hospital and safety training. We aim to serve the public by providing relevant and effective training opportunities so that they can in turn provide care with confidence Vision Statement It is our mandate to help create a safer Jamaica by reducing the loss of lives and also by improving the quality of life for all Jamaicans. It is also our aim for Jamaicans to be prepared to become the integral initial link in a national emergency service, helping to achieve the 2030 vision of making Jamaica the ideal place to live, work, raise families and do business.
